Shipping policy

Delivery

Products ordered before 2:00 pm on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm and on weekends are shipped the following business day.

 

For international deliveries, you can choose one of UPS's services at checkout.

Undelivered orders

If you miss to pick up your order, you can email us at hello@underyourskin.se for assistance.

If you change your mind, you can return the package by not picking it up. Email us at hello@underyourskin.se to get your money back.

Under Your Skin charges 80 SEK for undelivered packages within Sweden to cover our shipping and handling costs.

 

For customers in Norway, our products are shipped from Sweden. Orders may be subject to VAT (MVA) and import processing fees charged by the courier (e.g., UPS, DHL). These charges are not included in the order total at checkout.
