Return
You as a consumer have the right to cancel or regret your purchase within 30 days after making your order.
The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is:
unused, any packaging unbroken and that the product is returned in the original packaging with original documents and that it is received by us within 30 days after you have received your item.
If you have used the products and want to make a return, please contact our customer service at hello@underyourskin.se to get further information.
NOTE! Do not forget to write the sender name and order number.
When we have received and checked the return, we return the money for the item (Not the shipping) via your payment method.
Please note that in the event of a return, the customer is always responsible for the return shipping, even if the purchase was free of shipping.
Refund will be made within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.
Complaint
Please always contact our customer service to make a complaint.
Your product / products must be approved before sending the complaint. The product / products must also be well packaged, and sent in an approved padded envelope or cardboard
