Do you want to "hide" yourself in our systems?
You as a consumer can then send an email to the email address remove-me@underyourskin.se from the email you want to delete personal information for. For example, if your account is lisa@helloj.se, you must email from that address to remove-me@underyourskin.se to ask to be forgotten. Then it takes approximately 10 working days before you are hidden in our systems.

General terms
Visits and use of the Under Your Skin webshop are covered by the following terms of purchase and use.

By ordering, you accept these terms. We ask that you read the terms and conditions carefully before using the website. When you use this website or order anything through the website, you accept the terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you should not use this website.

Under Your Skin reserves the right to change the terms if there are reasons for this. If the terms are changed after your order is placed, the terms that were published at the time of your order placement apply throughout the purchase and return process.

Terms of purchase
25% VAT is included in all prices. No fees other than those listed in the shopping cart will be added when you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to final sale and any price errors that may arise. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you via email within a few days.

To shop at Under Your Skin, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 and want to shop, one of your parents must place the order.

At Under Your Skin, you shop safely, easily and securely via Klarna Checkout, Paypal or credit card. With Klara where you can choose between invoice, account, direct payment or card payment.

Once you have entered your information, Klarna makes an identification / risk assessment and then shows which payment options can be offered to you.

Current payment options through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account, card payment or bank transfer.

Klarna invoice
When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details and can always pay after you have received your order.

At the time of purchase, a credit check is performed, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by post.

Card payment
You pay with your Visa or Mastercard via Certitrade / Euroline 100% secure. All information is encrypted with SSL - 128 bit. The money is reserved in your account and then deducted when your order is sent. All transactions are carried out according to the new security standard 3D-Secure.

Klarna Direkt (bank transfer)
You use Klarna Direkt if you want to pay directly at the checkout with Mobile BankID.

Delivery
Products ordered before 14.00 on weekdays are sent the same day. 
Orders placed after 14.00 and during weekends will be sent following business day.

The packages are delivered by PostNord Sverige AB, UPS shipping and distributed on weekdays, according to the delivery firm's terms. Normally 1-5 weekdays after ordering. If the package is bulky, it may be too large for a regular mailbox and then you will receive a notification that the package can be picked up at a postal agent. The package remains with the agent for 14 days, after which the package is sent back to Under Your Skin, read more about this under unredeemed packages below.

Standard shipping SEK 49 - Delivered / announced to private individuals and company addresses.

Unredeemed packages
Under Your Skin charges SEK 400 for unredeemed packages to cover our shipping and handling costs.

If you regret your purchase, you must always collect it and then return it.

Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.

Return
You as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days.
The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is:
Unused, packaging unbroken and that the product is returned in the original packaging with any original documents and that it is received by us within 30 days after you have received your item.
You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping cost and responsibility for the product upon delivery to us. We do not redeem shipments that are not fully franked.

NOTE! Do not forget to write your name as sender and your order number.
When we have received and checked the return, we return the money for the item (Not the shipping) via your payment method.

Please note that in the event of a return, the customer is always responsible for the return shipping, even if the purchase was free of shipping.

Refund will be made within 14 days after we received and approved your return.

Complaint
Please always contact our customer service to make a complaint. In the event of an approved complaint, we will send a return slip to you and refund the amount for your order within 10 days of receipt. In order for the complaint to be approved, your product / products must be well packaged, and sent in an approved padded envelope or cardboard.

When we have received the complained product, the error is investigated and then a new product is sent to you.
You therefore pay nothing for the return shipping note for the complained item or the shipping for the new item.

Ingredients & allergic reaction
All information about the products' content is provided by the respective supplier, Under Your Skin thus does not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete table of contents.

Under Your Skin does not take responsibility for any hypersensitivity to ingredients in a product or sample. If you are unsure of what the product or sample contains, contact our customer service before use / ordering. Under Your Skin also does not take responsibility for allergic reactions.

Personal data management
When you register with us and order goods, you agree by law that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you. Under Your Skin AB protects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. You of course have the right to see your personal information that we have registered. Should these be incorrect or incomplete, contact us so that the information can be corrected or deleted.

Swedish law shall be applied to these terms.
